1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TNPSCGuru at tnpscguru.co.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. We may update these terms periodically; continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance.
2. Use of the Platform
TNPSCGuru is an educational platform for TNPSC exam preparation. You agree to:
- Use the platform only for personal, non-commercial study purposes.
- Not share your account credentials with others.
- Not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our questions, explanations, or content without written permission.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform technically.
- Not use the platform to spread misinformation or harmful content.
3. Account Registration
You may sign in using your Google account. By doing so, you confirm that the account belongs to you and that the information is accurate. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at tnpscguru.official@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Free and Premium Access
- Free plan: Access to a limited number of questions per topic per session.
- Premium plan: Full unlimited access to all questions, mock tests, current affairs, and previous year papers for one year from the date of purchase.
- We reserve the right to change the features included in the free or premium plans with reasonable notice.
5. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By purchasing a Premium subscription, you agree to Razorpay's terms. Pricing is in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. For refund terms, see our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on TNPSCGuru — including questions, explanations, translations, UI design, and branding — is the intellectual property of TNPSCGuru and is protected under applicable Indian copyright law. Unauthorised copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Disclaimer
TNPSCGuru is a study-aid platform. We do not guarantee selection in any TNPSC examination. All questions and study material are prepared for educational purposes based on the official TNPSC syllabus. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC).
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TNPSCGuru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data or exam failure. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the current subscription period.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without refund. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
